Memorial Day Mass at Resurrection Cemetery

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
05/27/2019

Rev. Msgr. Joseph G. Celano, Episcopal Vicar of Administration, will preside at an outdoor Memorial Day Mass at 10 a.m. May 27, rain or shine, on the grounds of Resurrection Cemetery, Hoes Lane and Park Ave., Piscataway.

As part of a national Catholic cemeteries’ celebration entitled, “Serving God and Country: A Memorial Day Salute to Our Heroes,” the program was developed to honor those men and women who died while serving in the armed forces, as well as recognize both our active military and military veterans who have served our country. This year, there will be a wreath laying ceremony with honor guard participation and the playing of TAPS at the end of the Mass.

All are welcome. For more information, contact the diocesan Cemeteries Office at 800-943-8400 or cemeteries@diometuchen.org or visit the website at https://diometuchen.org/cemeteries.
