Join us on Thursday, November 15 in the Chapel of the Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi, 45 Library Place, Metuchen, for a Young Adult Holy Hour from 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. This includes Adoration, Confession, and Praise and Worship. We will gather in community after at a local restaurant. We hope to see you there!

Open House at Holy Cross Cemetery

The Office of Cemeteries will hold an open house at Holy Cross Cemetery, 840 Cranbury South River Rd., Jamesburg, on from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 17 and from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 18. Memorial Counselors will be available to assist you with pre-planning. Premium glass niche banks for the cremated remains of your loved ones will be available. Memorialization opportunities will be available and open house incentives will be offered. Light refreshments will be served. For more information, please call (800) 943-8400.

Singing in Solidarity with the Poor and Service Recognition for Pastoral Musicians

In unity with our Holy Father, Pope Francis, on the second World Day of the Poor, all are invited to attend Singing in Solidarity with the Poor and Service Recognition for Pastoral Musicians on Sunday, November 18 at 5 p.m. at the Cathedral of Saint Francis of Assisi, Metuchen.  

After sung prayer, pastoral musicians celebrating significant anniversaries of music ministry will be recognized for their service. A monetary offering will be accepted to assist with the personal needs of the poor, as administered by the St. Francis Cathedral Social Concerns.

This event will be hosted by the Diocese of Metuchen's Office of Worship and the Metuchen Chapter of the National Association of Pastoral Musicians.

Christmas Party for Children and Young Adults with Disabilities

The 3rd Annual Diocesan Christmas Party for Children and Young Adults with Disabilities will be held on December 15. Due to limited space, this is a ticket only event and pre-registration is required.
