Life in the Spirit seminar weekend is a spiritual retreat to help discover or renew an intimacy with God, our Father, in Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit, our companion and advocate. The program includes presentation, witnessing, small group sharing, prayer and praise, reconciliation and Baptism in the Holy Spirit. Free bible (first-timers), breakfast & lunch provided.

Catechetical Conference

All are invited to attend the Diocese of Metuchen's 2017 Catechetical Conference, "Go Set the World on Fire: A Church on the Move." The day will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a Mass and Welcome by Bishop James F. Checchio. In his keynote, Joe Paprocki, DMin, a National Consultant for Faith Formation at Loyola Press in Chicago, will identify 9 key steps for sharing God’s Word with learners in such a manner their hearts will be on fire for Jesus Christ. After lunch, attendees will have the opportunity to attend two, from a selection of ten, workshops on a variety of teaching methods and practical ideas for catechists, parish catechetical leaders, Catholic school teachers and principals.
